Legal Advisor & Litigator

IDF Legal Advice and Legislative Affairs Department | 2020 - 2023

Served as an aide to the Legal Advisor on personnel affairs, providing legal advice to the IDF's Human Resources Directorate and Financial Department (Yoakal), including the payroll department (Mofet) and the Salaries and Pensions Planning Department (Tasog). Represented the IDF Pensions Commissioner in appeals against IDF decisions.

Notable Achievements

  • Successfully negotiated an agreement with the Ministry of Finance regarding the relocation of the IDF's Intelligence Corps to the Negev.
  • Defended against a petition to the Israeli High Court of Justice on the IDF's policy regarding soldiers' facial hair, resulting in a landmark decision in favor of the IDF.
  • Litigated cases before judicial commissions, securing favorable outcomes in cases related to pensions, salaries, and end-of-service decisions.
